And soccer is only the world's most popular sport, by far, and only some matches are scripted, mostly in Italy ;-)

I watch wrestling when I was a kid. I open probably 1 of 20 wrestling threads on BBI. I opened today’s out of curiosity. I didn’t know what the event was.
I went to watch highlight video. It was pretty much the same, just more people lying around pretending to be half-dead while others waged onward.
After so long of the same thing, none of it being actual competition, I “don’t get” why it’s so popular here, on BBI. I get kids and their parents and a lot of yay-hoos. (That’s a veiled compliment, BBI.)
I’d tune in if they took MMA to a new level. I don’t think they’re all that far off.
