What did you have there?

We had oysters. venison chops with parmesan fries and grilled shrimp (surf and turf), and seared scallops with crab risotto --

we thought it was fabulous

my wife's family has a place up in Beaver River for three generations going on four now - everyone's their cousin up there

and really only one meal that wasn't worth the visit, which was a breakfast hash. The last few times in town, we ate at Wilde Beest, which is terrific, or Boitson's, which is really good. Saturday, we just grabbed lunch at Kovo and then hopped back on the road for Hudson, NY. That town is happening! Who knew.
