i know him personally. coached him in baseball when he was young. he is a good kid and they are a very nice family.
in terms of football, i think he is a quality blocker and at least a very solid 3rd string TE. he will get a good amount of time with engram not used for blocking. glad he is a giant!

He committed 3 holding penalties against the Bears which is probably why this is your perception of him.
He committed 3 other penalties all year outside of that game in 261 snaps. Not the end of the world.
