sorry to see him go, but he obviously became less important after we traded for Zeitler. He'd be a valued backup, but not a starter. I assume he's starting for Atlanta.

And to the comp pick guru's he probably counts towards the formula in our favor. I think.
He wasn't great by any means. I think he got a bit of a bad rap by some mostly because he was next to Wheeler and Pulley.
Zeitler is certainly a nice upgrade.
I hope Brown got a decent deal, and that helps us with comp picks!
Great point. If we don't sign a "big-name" UFA like RT D. Williams (they ONLY guy I could live with over-payng, perhaps....) we should get a #3 for the loss of Lance Collins.
Isnt it likely Giants will sign other free agents and negate the Collins comp pick?
DG is not BB. He cant strstegize comp picks like the Patriots do. He is playing checkers not chess. He is going to sign guys who he wants without any consideration of how it impacts comp picks
Thanks for the effort and best of luck, Jamon Brown!

Former Jets' LG James Carpenter intends to sign a four-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons, per source.
Obviously he wants to start, and along with that, get starter's money.
Fluker is a FA now.

wanted him back for depth... this reeks of DJ Fluker all over again.

Sign him up for RT duty! (I know he failed miserably at tackle.)

Im really not sure why some people are so insistent in believing we are in good hands.
