Rosen for a 3rd rounder. Arizona would be better off just keeping him even if they draft Murray in that scenario. Some team will eventually offer more even if it is next year. He costs very little so they don’t really have to trade him. I think a 2nd rounder minimum but I could also see the Pats and a few other teams offering this 1sts, SD, NO to name a few.
I think we might have to give up #17 to get him, maybe we could get something else in return as well, but A 3rd isn’t going to cut it. That’s just my opinion, which is worthless
RE: RE: Why would they have to wait til 4 tomorrow Â
Because the league year starts tomorrow. Lets say they trade for Rosen and Eli retires.. then Eli's money immediately becomes available to use..
Just about every fucking league transaction has been leaked/reported. If Hanlon is suggesting DG has something up his sleeves that can’t be reported on until 4PM tomorrow, I’m calling bullshit.

nah man cards wanna see murray at pro day before they give official GO for the deal lol
The Rosen talk is even crazier now then it was before the OBJ trade. Â
We’re a weaker team without any wide receivers. Our draft position for a better player next year skyrocketed. And we would retain picks to help fill other holes.
a 2nd ain't good enough for a guy who went #10 a year ago IMO. The idea that you can't have more than one QB is puzzling to me. These guys get hurt all the time and why not hedge your Murray bet a bit? Ideally for them Rosen would play a couple of games next year, look sharp and his trade value would go up considerably.
He is just probably telling his friend (she used to be the Giants best reporter for the Times) to give him a call when he can talk. There is no message there, he isn’t that stupid to telegraph a move on twitter to a freaking reporter.

What are you talking about? Do you realize you can direct message people on social media?
You think a PR director for an NFL team doesn't put something pUBLICLY on Twitter and doesn't expect for it to be a message?
He probably has that NYT reporters email (and number). You know he can email or text her? Or, you know, send a direct message on social media.
He's not. Not even close. If you had any idea how much he's done for BBI, BBIers, and their families (funerals, weddings, birthdays, events at camp, etc) you'd love him.

I agree 100% with this angle. Pat isn't hinting anything.

My understanding is that the Cardinals are not even at his proday today. That is what I thought I heard on NFL network.

Buying time, I like it.

Today - "we can get Rosen (last year's 1st round pick) for a 3rd round pick"
Imagine the fleecing discussions over on the Arizona forum... if they have one.
Also a bit in disbelief
