that won a super bowl. It's not like there isn't a precedent for personalities and characters to win in this league. The 70s raiders lived off it.
One of those teams were malcontent me-first divas. All those guys lived to win first
That's dime store psychology. There's plenty of teams in the NFL that win with players that aren't fall in line crew-cut hair wearing good soldiers. The 90s cowboys were a dynasty and half of them were on coke and plowing strippers. Charles Haley had a diagnosed mental disorder.

One can make arguments on their opinion all day on these. We aren’t on the same page as to what a diva is.
Lawrence Taylor falls into your category. And he doesn’t fall into mine.
RE: RE: The 2000 Baltimore Ravens were a collection of Free Agent mercenaries Â
and stayed out late nights doing coke and not taking care of himself. That's far worse than anything Beckham ever did, but god help the person trying to make that point. They're swimming against nostalgia.
You want to talk about Odell being a distraction Â

They had Ray Lewis.
I disagree completely w this comparison.
Ray Lewis was the epitome of a team player, winnig was very imorotwnt to him and actually loved his organization his whole career.
He also killed someone while Odell Beckham has not...yet lol
I would love for Ray Lewis to be a WR for the Giants.

As a linebacker, would he have flown under the radar more and been less of a media nuke? Probably. Also in modern times, he probably wouldn’t have actually been able to make it past year one if he was the same guy, who knows. There may have not even been an LT if he played now
Lawrence Taylor had issues. He was certainly selfish. He failed a drug test as a Giant and missed games. He wasnt a good locker room presence. He wasnt a good person. But out of respect for his talent, nobody took him off the team.
People choose to remeber LT for his talent and not the trouble that came with it. I wish they did this for all players. Its sports. Grown men shouldn't care what other men wear before a game or how he spends his free time as long as it's not in the presence of police activity.
They didn't get any closer to winning anything today Â
okay. i am going to fucking LOVE your explanation when he helps them win games. the guy is a STUD. youre literally the only person on planet earth who doesnt think so.
did you go to LSU? did he fuck your girl or something? you have a weird fetish with hating this guy
Went on to win two Super Bowls after leaving the falcons where he began his career. This is the closest analogy to a game changing controversial skill player leaving in his prime.

It will change absolutely NOTHING about locker room philosophy or the formula for kind of players who win Super Bowls.
He'll soon be crying to go to LA
