This isn't a knock on Gettleman. I think most people here know I've had my concerns about him since before he was even hired.
But he's REALLY good at the PR game. He knows how to handle the press and say the right things. That's an asset. Reese never had that.
So I don't put much stock in what he says publicly. Occasionally you will get a nugget like his comments about the safety position before Collins was allowed to walk. Or his comment about Halapio. But most of it is just fluff.
Dave Hazlewood couldn’t even get the Browns higher 3rd-round pick let alone real compensation. I am going to miss the hell out of Beckham, but the compensation burns my ass.

Murray as an unknown commodity because of hi size and durability He seemed to imply take the chance. WTF have you got to lose. He could be an all pro too with his skill set. MO.

We now have to add WR to the list of needs, and it will be near impossible to replace OBJ’s ability.
