Kyle is more than capable of securing the #1 pick assuming he shows up to games on time.

For signing Case Keenum but I think it was a low key brilliant pickup. Got a decent-ish lower tier starting QB for 3.5 mill per/year to bridge? I honestly think CK is more reliable than Bortles at this point. Anyway, someone will pick him up.
