That's absurd. Odell was loved in the lockerroom. Ownership and too many fans want a tat-free, normal hair guy who hands the ball to the ref. That means nothing.
over Reese, Ross etc. Reese sat and did nothing to improve the OL for example, telling us things would be fine with Flowers and Hart. Gettleman has been bold,and even during the season, was looking for ways to upgrade the roster. Gettleman has been trying to clean up the mess left behind of underachievers, and those with locker room issues. Need to be patient and let Gettleman do his job.
These guys care about anything other then money you're naive. I've met/talked to 1000s of players. Most don't give a single fuck about the team they play for as long as the money is there.
You can tell who gives a flying shit about whether the team ever wins another game or not.
It is really frustrating to watch this unfold. I thought when the news broke that the only upside was this ownership and overall strategy might get the heat that it deserved. Nope some people are leaning in harder to this because we have a no nonsense GM. No nonsense shouldn't be one of the best things you say about a GM. It's fucking nonsense.

The Giants have very little room to work with, of course guys are not banging down the door to come here.
