Is Russell Wilson a possibility next Spring?

DaShotel13 : 3/15/2019 10:26 am
I have no inside information, just throwing it out there as I’ve read some grumblings online.

Is it possible this could be our target for next year? Supposedly he wants to come to NY (rumored) but it will be fascinating if it plays out this way

Solidify the lines and D this year and make a run if he hits free agnecy
I'd much rather get a QB

On a rookie deal but the giants have a boatload of cash to spend in the next off season so I wouldn't hate seeing wilson in blue. Think theres a slim chance.
Would probably have to trade for him

But, sure it's possible if the Giants don't find a QB and he wants to leave Seattle.
No.. we signed Golden tate

Look up their history... Only dumbasses on BBI are ok with someone who has off field issues like Tate in the past but not ok with OBJ acting like a dog after a TD when our President called peaceful protesters Sons of bitches..

Slept with Wilson's wife at the time
I doubt it.

I thinks DG wants to follow the Chiefs' model of drafting a young gun (or possibly a trade for Rosen) and then allowing them to develop a year behind Eli. Plus it gives the team 3 to 5 years of not having to pay $20M+ per year for the QB position

When Tate denied it, at the signing with Detroit Lions.. no one came to his defense.. or collaborated it... Obviously a FA who wants to get paid will say exactly what he said.. but neither Wilson nor any of his Seattle team mates said anything in his defense.. and Seattle didn't put in any effort to keep him.. Wether true or not.. Wilson is not coming here now that he is here.. they simply don't have a good relationship..

Never publicly confirmed but Tate left shortly thereafter and Wilson got divorced.

Seattle a superbowl contending team with no established WR, made no effort to keep him..
