Exactly. Such a frustrating player. A few of his catches last year were truly spectacular. The problem is, between the injuries and long stretches of disappearance even when he's on the field, you have to wonder if Latimer is just another workout warrior. 77 targets in five years? Either he doesn't create separation (my impression, based on an admittedly small sample), or there are other reasons his coaches and QBs have tended to look elsewhere.
Latimer acknowledged that his approach to the game early in his career was less than professional. Hopefully, he's learned - he's saying the right things...time will tell
