And he honestly doesn’t even look the same person as an adult as he did as a college athlete.
I remember him telling me, when your playing days are done on the offensive line, you either shed it all as quick as you can or you just keep going up.
He basically just started eating like a regular human and he turned into the incredible shrinking human.

PEDs, but if you saw what meal plan for an offensive lineman was, you would understand how its easy for them to drop those meals.
They all are on PED's. So while it looks miraculous that they've shrunk, they have literally shrunk, both in mass and in muscle.
And it isn't just linemen eating like that. Most of the skill position guys take in a huge amount of calories.
Lineman supplement their meals with PED's that focus on mass building. A lot of the Wr's, Db's and RB's take supplements that focus on lean muscle.
Once they stop playing, of course they reduce the calorie count. They also go off the roids too
They eat more in their first meal then most do in an entire day and then they eat like 5 more massive meals on top of that.
He had to eat a ton of food to keep weight on.
A ton of carbs.

JJ Watt did north of 10,000 calories, so I'm guessing pretty close to that.
