Maybe the top center in the draft, but also a fringe first round pick.
Is he likely to fall to us at 37 and is he worth that pick?
Do we only have a shot at him at 17 and so he's not likely to be a value pick for us? (I think 17 is too high, but maybe you disagree.)
Or should we be targeting RTs rather than OCs?
I don't know. My thinking is that you can't go wrong having a great center. Literally between Hernandez and Zeitler, Bradbury could really solidify the line and give Barkley a hell of a lot more to work with than he had. I'm leaning towards thinking Bradbury should be a top target in the second. But that's just me...
Thoughts?
(Disclaimer: got to get some love out to the wolfpack players coming out.)
17 is way too high. Go look at any board. Read what any scouts have said. You take Dillard, Taylor and Cody Ford before you think of Bradbury. He’s a second round talent. 17 would be a hell of a stretch I don’t think DG has the arms for it

for Bradbury. He's a plug and play 8 year center kinda guy

Love him.. but he will go in the 1st... bank on it
I'm just curious how you can say "no way he lasts". Do you think he's that good? Thinking through the top prospect lists, I get through more than 20 names before Bradbury comes up on my radar...
The question is whether he can be physical enough to be a Jason Kelce or are you looking at Weston Richburg getting manhandled by DT's.

He was one of the OL stars of the Combine. I’d love him at 37 but there’s zero chance he gets there.

I plan on looking for how he played vs Clemson. That’ll be the tell tale in my opinion.
If he’s a truly top dominant center - take him.
Personally, I'd love to see this running game fully realize itself this year. Our Center position has been pretty porous. I'd dig Bradbury at 17 if he is what they say he is.
Didn't know that, and it's significant. But Pulley has the same problem, and whoever is playing center is going to get more help this season. Halapio is stouter, and may win the starting spot. The coaches and Gettleman seemed to like him. I don't know that Bradbury is in the Giants'plans.
Sure would like to see the Giants pick up Ford from the draft for RT, but likely would take a 1st from what I've been reading.
This. 3 of the 5 OL spots right now either have an 8 figure guy or a high pick. I have a feeling theyll add a 4th guy who will be a high pick at RT then go with what they have at OC.
I forgot about that Pulley contract... 3 yr 9 mill... oh well. You're probably right.

I get the feeling they feel Pulley did an adequate job and they'll let him battle it out for the starting slot with Halapio.

Makes sense. I guess Dillard at 17 is a perfect pick for us.
