probably about the news that came out 2 days ago that Adam Schein was suppose to take over for him/and join him before he retires again

Carton is to be sentenced April 5. In pre-sentencing, Chernoff wrote a note to the judge saying that if Carton got probation that WFAN would "welcome the opportunity to discuss" hiring him back. People are speculating whether that would be mornings or to push Francesa out the door.

He’s not perfect but he’s solid and is an established part of the station at this point. I thought they made a mistake not making him the guy last time around. Benigno is retiring soon, just make it Evan solo. I suspect they will try to go Evan and JJ, not a big fan of JJ though.

like about him is that he talks way too much about his favorite teams while giving considerably less time to the Yankees, Giants, and Knicks. They should pair him with someone like Kim Jones.

but I have a hard time believing anybody could be worse than Adam Schein. They used to play his show at Gitmo to torture prisoners.

Careful using the term douche on here, I got lit up by Big Blue Blogger on here a few weeks ago for saying it in reference to Rosen. Apparently some view it as sexist. I have always heard it used to describe someone who is arrogant and or a jerk, never heard it meant to be sexist in any way. That being said, I agree with your post.

Chernoff should be fired for even considering this. Carton should never work in this market again. He is a scumbag who defrau.ded a lot of people. What's more, he is a degenerate gambler who shouldn't be given the opportunity to facilitate that addiction and vice by placing him in that environment with access to information.

According to him, whatever he says is true even if it is obviously proven false, and anyone that tries to argue differently gets ripped to shreds. He has always been this way but right now he’s empowered like never before.

I just don’t understand how he can stare facts in the face and disregard them every time he gets caught in a falsehood. Or flub a word or name and fight until the bitter end to argue about it. Everybody hates him, he's watched the ratings tank, and now he wants to re-hire a guy found guilty on 3 felonies. Carton was still talking the gambling lines by the way in his internet show he did after being fired. This was while waiting for his trial to begin.

To even remotely consider re-hiring a person like this tells you all you need to know. Doesn't matter anyway though because while he may not get the 45 years he faces, he'll got plenty of jail time.
