NFT: Brit Floyd Concert

Went again last night...

If you have any shred of interest in Pink Floyd you need to see these guys. They just kicked off their North American tour. One of the best shows I've ever been to; pretty much nails the whole Pink Floyd experience from the big circular screen to the lights to the tone to the vocals. Check out some of the vids on Youtube but seriously this is a great show and I can't recommend it enough.
Totally concur....

Started seeing them pre Brit Floyd days when they played under the Australian PF umbrella prior to the 2010-11 split.

I’ve seen them about 15 times, Every time they’ve been to Atlanta, NYC, Red Rocks the last 3 years and going this year too, Amsterdam and Wiesbaden Germany.

They’re absolutely incredible. Damien Darlington just crushes it covering David Gilmore. They’re so damn meticulous that if you close your eyes and listen you would be hard pressed to hear a difference.

With my ex who was a big fan. I listened to pink floyd only a few times in my life. I remember leaving mesmerized. What an awesome performance turned me into a big fan.

Meticulous is the perfect word. Note for note it's spot on. I'd love Waters, Mason, and Gilmour to play with them once, then let them carry on as PF (but I know that will never happen)

We saw them when they came to town last year. Great show from start to finish, sound and lights.

The young lady who sings the Claudia Lennear vocal is excellent.
I saw them last summer

In Jacksonville. It was my wife's idea. I had seen Floyd (without Waters) and Waters solo. Having seen the real thing (sort of), i wasn't thinking of seeing a tribute band. But she had never seen them so we went.

I went not having super high expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised. Was very happy with the playlist that I think included something from every album including some songs i wasn't expecting to hear.

And agree if you closed your eyes, you could imagine it was Floyd.
They played Pigs

right before their intermission. It sounded so good. I went to the can during the break and was one of many very happy pissers.
Lol my wife and I were there on Monday night...great show.

We've seen them several times. Didn't like all "The Wall" stuff, but that was the focus.

Fearless, my fave Floyd song, was outstanding.
One commnet...

When did they stop using the actual PF samples...i.e., "I am not frighetned of dying.." They're all re-recorded. Well done, but I thought they used the samples in the past.
One more note...

I had never heard fearless. Loved it. Was hoping for High Hopes to be played. Warner is a great venue.

Seen both. I actually saw Floyd in Feb 1980 at the Nassau coloseum on the Wall "tour". I've also seen Gilmour solo twice and Roger solo twice...why do you tell people not to bother? First, it costs in the mid hundreds to see any of the guys still playing (and all three are or have recently), and it costs little to see these guys. Additionally, seeing them in small venues is nice. Finally, where else are you going to hear your favorite music live? It's certainly worth it to anyone who loves live music and would like to hear the music they love at a decent price, and particularly, if there is no other option.

years ago and I would go again in a heartbeat. Tremendous show; all aspects. Musicianship, sound, lighting, special effects. Fantastic.

If you're a Floyd fan you will love it.
