The original Serling series is my favorite of all-time.
I actually enjoyed the first episode (3/4 stars). Thought the second was solid with a weak ending (2.5/4) and thought the third was dreadfully written (1/4). I’m really hoping it rebounds.
That said, it’s not entirely clear to me that a series rooted in overt political parables (like the original) can survive in our modern discourse.
First episode was mediocre at best. Could call the ending within the first 10 minutes of the show. Haven’t seen any other episodes yet but really hope the first episode is one of the worst of the series.
...the creepy soundtracks are what tied the episodes together, that is what is lacking in every reboot since.
Wonderful as it was, the original series had it's clunker episodes, but held it's continuity with similar direction/production approaches. Because of this, it's hard to tell the last season from the first.

Yes it’s a streaming subscription channel.
Of the various reboots, I can't believe they never made a series fully in black and white. Somebody should have done that.

My favorite all time as well.
