We give #17 overall and a 5 rd pick and a 4th next year.
We get Rosen and AZ 2nd rd pick (# 33)
We then draft Def at #6 and and with our 2nd rd picks we draft 2 def players or 1def and RT or WR.
AZ gets their first rd pick for Rosen plus other picks and we get qb of future and still keep Peppers and 3 picks in top 37 this year.
He's reportedly worth a #2 at best.
Overpaying for the sake of it seems like a bad move.
Then the '19 draft could look like this:
1 ER Josh Allen (sneaking suspicion he slides a bit)
1a LB Devin Bush
2 DE Zach Allen
3 QB Josh Rosen
4 OL Michael Dieter
4a CB Iman Marshall
5 CB Corey Ballentine
5a OL Alex Bars
5b WR Lil Jordan Humphey
6 RB LJ Scott
7 P Tyler Newsome
Cardinals don’t need more picks and the Giants extra picks are too low to have much value.
All that said, I would have been happy to get Rosen last year st 17 and he didn’t do anything to devalue himself except play down to the level of the rest of the team.
Honestly, I can't wait for this to be over. I'd almost rather that bum get traded to the Giants so BBI can get the fuck over it already. Who cares if we suck another 3 years straight at this point? At least I'll have the schadenfreude.
Because they are a mismanaged front office who hired and fired their head coach after only one season is the reason.
