Same was said about Guice last year with Philly and it never made sense. The more time that went by the more positive stuff came out about Guice. Now, this doesn't mean that Oliver is not an issue in that area but I tend not to put stock in the bad Philly visits.

Oliver is a guy that wanted to build his hometown program and sacrificed a lot to play there.
The philly report? They have the 25th pick of course they are going to put some bullshit out there and hopefully he drops into the teens were they can trade up for him. Maybe they think it can actually happen as he needs to be in the right scheme.

When DG said he gave a perfect grade to Barkley, Williams I'm betting is going to be pretty close.
Oak may have him closely graded or Allen to Q.Williams, make the trade with Oak.
