definitely Cult Classics and have not had the proper blu ray release yet
Crusing
Night of the Jugular
Bodyslam
Little Darlings
The Prey
The Keep
After Hours
The Wrath
Getting it on
I have The Wraith on DVD and its fairly recent with good bonus extras such as making of and directors commentary. He spends most of it complaining about the studio interfering with what he wanted to do during the shoot in Arizona
I 'stumbled' across it one late night years ago on HBO and still think it's a two-fer movie - bank robbers into vampires, and imho greatly executed....
rounding out my top five
2. Hard Rock Zombies - love the soundtrack, too
3. Basket Case - perfect low budget horror
4. Jesus Christ, Vampire Hunter has some really funny moments
5. Motel Hell Rory Calhoun worth the price of a ticket
"It's a Wonderful Life" tanked at the box office and was pretty much forgotten about until the 1970's when the copyright lapsed and TV stations could air it for free. It took off as holiday TV fare and is now extremely popular (ie. has "cult" following).

From dusk til dawn is such an interesting movie because it starts off being an all time great heist movie and then just flies off the rails. The vamp stuff wasn’t great but it’s a solid watch. I wish there was a heist only version.

UConn I've had the same thought about the flick....I was completely into this riveting story of two pyscho hoods and all of a sudden WTF - and Selma Hayek starts off the whole chaotic transition.... a 'heist only' story would've been really interesting...
1- The Warriors
2- Dawn of the Dead -original
3- Dazed and Confused
4- Children Shouldn't play with Dead Things
5- I like to hurt People
6- The Return of the Living Dead
7- Fade to Black
8- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
9- Friday the 13th
10- Maniac
Great list, especially #7. Fade to Black was marketed as a horror movie, not sure it fits that genre, but a fantastic movie.
#5 has one of the best interview line "My wife loves this dog, but I'd kick it if I could, but she loves it so I won't" (or something like that) I Like To Hurt People is up on Youtube now.

There are few Uncle Rico's on this site.

Yeah I almost named it as well but I already had listed two instead of one favorite. It was the original of that style.

It was on the other night, which doesn’t happen often, but I’ll always watch it. Very cool premise done well with 2 good actors.

Adventures in Babysitting
The Toxic Avenger ( or anything by Troma)
The Secret of NIMH
That is literally the first negative comment I have ever heard about Lost Boys.
They Live
Escape from New York
The 'Burbs
The Big Heat
True Romance
One Eyed Jacks
Invasion Of The Body Snatchers
I quote it often, not sure (ha!) why that went over my head. It just did. I must be one of the breed of nitwits.
