Secondly, Marc Ross helped the Giants win another superbowl in 2011. Without Ross this team doesn't have its 4th championship.

Maybe Ross was good at drafting some players and "maybe" is pushing it. Gettleman came on in 1999 and was pro personnel director. His role was to run the drafts (As it was for Ross when he became pro personnel director). While Gettleman was here we went to 3 superbowls. Ross takes over and Gettleman leaves for the Panthers and well we all know what happened, so to give Ross credit is ridiculous when he didn't have that title.
Once again look at Gentleman's track record and look at Ross. There is a reason Ross is still unemployed by NFL teams.

Exactly, DG was clearly referring to Odell, and to a lesser extent, Collins. As much as we loved Odell's talent, we don't know how bad he may have been acting in the locker room and/or practice field.
