Per my tradition on BBI, I went back and did some research on roughly when we should expect the Giants to be picking, assuming they stay at #6 and #17 and you just want to tune in when they pick.
What I'm seeing is pick #6 will come in around 8:45-8:55
Pick #17 will come between 9:55 - 10:15
2018:
6th pick- Quenton Nelson - 8:47
17th pick- Derwin James- 9:56
2017:
6th pick- Jamal Adams- 8:50
17th pick- Jonathan Allen- 10:15
2016:
6th pick- Ronnie Stanley- 8:52
17th pick- Keanu Neal- 10:07
2015:
6th pick- Leonard Williams- 8:51
17th pick- Arik Armstead- 10:01
2014:
6th pick- Jake Matthews- 8:51
17th pick- CJ Mosley- 10:00
Pretty consistent overall, but 2017 a little bit of an outlier at 17. Really seems the sweet spot is 8:50 and 10:00, if you want to plan your evening. Helps me because I'm taking my son to the draft party and will want to know when we will get out of there.
Sorry, had to bring it up.
And this is what you call your new motivation? 😂😂😂
Pick #17 as I'm getting out of Avengers Endgame.
Wilkins + Greedy
Josh Allen + Jonah Willians
Ed Oliver + TJ Hockenson
Devin White + Daniel Jones
Dwayne Haskins + Devin Bush
Nick Bosa + Jawaan Taylor
Won’t they just be mirroring the ESPN programming since Disney owns both of them? I’m planning to watch ABC too, since Comcast just screwed us over and removed ESPN and several other channels from our programming package.

given that they deal with college football and might have some cogent info without the buffoonery

My understanding is that Robin Roberts is anchoring ABC's coverage.......

The ABC draft broadcast lists these people for at least day 1:
Robin Roberts
Rece Davis
Kirk Herbsteit
Patrick Mahomes
Luke Bryan
Bobby Bones
Jese Palmer
Maria Taylor
Lee Corso
Desmond Howard
David Pollack
Tom Rinaldi
I'll watch either ESPN or NFL Network.
Got tickets to the 3:15 show. Should really start around 3:30, end at 6:40. Theater only 5 minutes from house, so I should time it out to be home about 10 minutes before round 2.
And yes, I took a half day to watch Avengers and the draft...

I took Thurs and Fri off, it's a ritual.

Me too. Pick at #6 will happen about 30 minutes in for me, I will be watching my phone not the movie

Oh hell yeah..You have no idea the BS I have been dealing with. I need to find some solace in things I enjoy.
I do the same every year. I DVR espn and nfl network.
I like to stay off of internet and BBI leading up to the picks as I enjoy the excitement of the walk to the podium.
BBI is for the reactions afterward.

You're not the only one. Just like last year, I was ticked that the pre-release was the day of the draft (bought tix before realizing this) so I chose the draft and saw it later (husband took cousin instead). Decided this year to take the day off on Friday to both see it (10:00am show!) and get caught up on some stuff at home.

Working from home both days, but came very close to just taking them off.
