The Giants are one of two teams with most "draft capital" in 2019.
12 total picks, 4 in the first three rounds and a whooping 8 in rounds four-to-seven: #108 (4), #132 (4), #142 (5), #143 (5), #171 (5), #180 (6), #232 (7), #245 (7)
I don't think anyone expects us to make 12 picks. There is a very obvious gap between our pick at #27 (2) and pick #95 (3).
So, the question is: How often do you expect the Giants to jump back into the first three rounds? Or do you expect them to take 4 players only on the first two nights? Do you think they are more likely to move around in Rounds 4-7?
I think we are picking at least 5 players over the course of the first two nights
I could see him using the 3rd round plus a later pick to move up in the 3rd, and a 4th plus later picks to move up in the 4th.

Most are rounds 4 or later. It is going to take a lot to move up into rounds 2 and 3. I can definitely see him getting creative, but hopefully not leveraging any future draft picks.

^This. The day three picks could be used to move up in a round. For example, #95 plus #142 gets you a higher third round pick. But if you want a new third round pick, it would likely take two fourth round picks and a fifth round pick. I'd rather not do that given how many holes we have. Get some depth. That's needed more.
230 points is equivalent to Cincinnati's 8th pick in the 3rd round (72nd overall pick).
So all the late picks equal about a early 3rd rounder.
Excluding the 6th pick in the 4th round (108 overall worth 78 points) there are 152 points for all the remaining picks. Add 152 points to our late 3rd rounder (95th overall and 120 points) would only move it up to the last pick in the 2nd round (64th overall).
We really don’t have as much draft capital as you’d think with 12 picks, given so many are late 4th to 7th.
The second is to package a 4th 5th and a 7th and move into the late 3rd or early 4th.
We need at least 2-3 more picks in the sweet spot 40-100
95 and a 4/5 for the Jets 3 for example - they want more picks
2) we pick up an extra 3 by packaging 2-3 of our mid round picks.
3) we package 95 (or 108) with 1-2 of our mid round picks to move up in round 3.

Excellent analysis.
