Quinnen Williams (via trade up perhaps), Josh Allen, Christian Wilkins
Notable guys not in consideration:
Oliver - character stuff Giants want impeccable at 6
Gary- Labrum tear, production doesn't match talent
Sweat- Heart condition and possible character stuff
Bosa- very unlikely to drop.
Honestly based on all the info including our most trusted inside sources, I'd be amazed at this point if it were anyone else besides one of these 3 unless amazingly all 3 were gone.
Either way, I like it. Hoping Allen falls, perfect fit here in terms of need/talent.
I think they take Q over them all but Allen over Wilk Im not sure.
I think they love Wilk.
I dont see how you can see that if the rumors about AZ not picking Murray are true.
Basically the only two ways this could happen is if AZ takes Murray AND OAK takes Haskins/Oliver. Or if the Jets take Oliver. There is no way I can see Allen falling to 6 without either two QBs being grabbed or Oliver leapfrogs Allen.

Seems to be increasingly possible he makes it to six. I smell blood in the water. Hopefully, I'm not setting myself up for disappointment.

The Jets aren’t as high on Allen as everyone assumes ... they are actively trying to trade down to secure the services of players they like as much/more (Oliver, Brian Burns).
I don’t think it would cost the Giants much to move up to their spot ... say 6th + a 3rd and 4th rounder, to move up and guarantee Williams or Allen. The jets want more picks after the Darnold trade, and Oliver is very much in play at 3 if they cant move down.

You're not really wrong on the scenarios but: the possibility of Oliver going to Jets or Raiders is getting more buzz, and, even if AZ passes on Murray, the betting odds are still extremely high that he goes top five, one way or the other.
Tampa could be a wild card for Allen making it to six. They're supposed to be enamored with White. But maybe they go for Allen if he's there.
I'm not surprised. Teams looked into that incident and I'm sure came to the same conclusion that I did, Major Applewhite is an asshole. Although these new reports make it seem like he's got a bit of the crazy in him. He's a football player not a saint though, can be a.good thing.
(D.Bush too - his skillset is perfect for “moneybacker”)

I would love Oliver at 6 if his attitude checks out.

Not at 6 for either Devin. 17 absolutely.
Oliver is a potential lead dog like Wilk or Quinnen?

Last year the Jets gave up three second round picks to move from 6 to 3. They aren’t taking a third and fourth.

Not saying they arent high on him but due to the charcater stuff probably a tick lower than the other guys. Right or wrong, don't think they take him over Wilk. Now if Q.Will, Allen, Bosa and Wilk are gone, maybe.
D.White
D. Haskins

well he would be naturally lower than 3 of those guys just on scouts- except for Wilkins
Wilk likely takes priority due to character on Giants board.
That's all BBI dream land.
D.White
D. Haskins
In that order?

Not necessarily. No one said the chance is high but it isnt super low either.
Murray
Bosa
Oliver or trade down
Oak- Allen or Suprise pick
Tampa White
Not crazy at all based on the stuff we're hearing.

Hitdog has freely admitted he doesnt have the same connection he used to. We agree Bosa Allen and Q are probably higher but I think Wilk is higher than Oliver.

Yes he has, but he's been connected to this team for a long time. I'm sure he has a good understanding of their thinking. Also I think he knows more then he says he does.
If you do the math on Allen-White-Haskins, strong chance we get our next QB at 6.

Peppers is one of those flying-under-the-radar posters who folks should pay more attention to.

Agree. Also agree that hitdog42 probably knows something more.
D.White
D. Haskins
Haskins is nauseating ... praying some stupid team trades up for him
Murray to Arizona would be one.
??? to Oakland (they supposedly have a "surprise pick")
??? to ???

Jets trade down to a team that picks QB
Tampa takes White
There are plenty of realistic scenarios.
Its has a punchers chance of happening.
For this D though the biggest prize would be Q.Will followed by the ultra versatile Allen. I like Bosa but hope he goes #2 to Niners or if not we trade for Buckner and get Allen.

I think the jets are floating the Oliver stuff to potentially get Oakland to trade up with them

Does this iteration of JerseyJoe have to ruin every good draft thread there is ?
Don't forget about Markus Golden too.

i want Golden used in a rotation/3rd down packages ... loved the signing. Actually have some depth in the front 7 for the first time in years (assuming they go D 1st round)
Allen, Carter, Golden keeping each other fresh = pass rush solved.
Bingo. Him or Q ....the only egdge that may change that is if Allen is there.
Wilkins is interesting though. With how deep this draft is he might still be there at 17.
Imagine Allen at 6 and then Wilk at 17? Wow....
Eric you throwin shade bro?
Lol.
