Sounds like Temple DB Rock Ya-Sin has emerged as the top corner on many teams’ boards. 6. Feeling around the league is that Cincinnati is NOT in the QB market in the first round. Especially not at 11th overall. 7. Only receiver I’m hearing consistently — across the board — getting first round “lock” buzz is Marquise “Hollywood” Brown. 8. Washington QB situation... multiple teams have made the point to me— don’t assume Case Keenum is viewed as the starter right now inside that building. Colt McCoy still very much a possibility as number 1 on the depth chart as we head into the Draft. 9. Michigan LB Devin Bush is one of the hottest names in this Draft. I’ve got him mocked to Denver at 10; unlikely he escapes top 15. Teams may be trading UP to get him if he slips out of top 12. 10. Kyler Murray was spotted a few hours ago at a Nashville steakhouse with a small group that included both Bob Stoops and Lincoln Riley. Oklahoma (and the color red) both represented well. |
WAS is taking a QB, smith is done and the rest of the depth chart is garbage
Fingers crossed ... there is no QB worth taking early and it’d be even better if Washington mortgaged their future to get a mediocre prospect (assuming they don’t trade up for kyler)
