it's a 2011 or 2014 class with a bunch of prognosticators and teams convincing themselves that need outweighs value/talent. It's how the likes of Bortles, Gabbert, Ponder, Manziel and Locker ended up first round picks: in all but the case of Manziel high first round picks.
if they intend to draft a qb, which qb theyre interested in, or at what pick. I guess thats a good thing. The only thing I can say is that if they do as well in this years draft as they did a year ago, Ill be very happy. We got three good young starters in last seasons draft and Lorenzo Carter could become a fourth.

same here. I prefer Rosen for the 17 or 37 pick, but smells like Haskins to me, and I'm OK with that - think he'll be great.

Even with Shurmur, not sure I trust our QB evaluations. But QB at the next level is hard to predict.
My preferred shake out would be:
Draft DE with the 6th pick, trade back on 17 and pick up an additional 2/3 and grab an OL with the traded pick.
Maybe grab a QB in the 3rd or 4th like Ryan Finley.
I want no part of any of these QBs in the first round.
