Covering the Raiders all day for ESPN on SportsCenter, Get Up, NFL Live, etc. A couple of nuggets based on what I'm hearing:
1. If they stay put at No. 4, I'd expect the pick to be Quinnen Williams if he's there, Ed Oliver if he isn't.

2. I do not think Raiders are planning to take a QB at 4 or move up to take one, but one odd scenario that has come up is the idea of moving up from 4 to get Nick Bosa. Maybe to 2 if SF has its eye on Josh Allen anyway. Farfetched, but it's been discussed.
3. If the Raiders keep both of their late-first rounders, I expect them to use one of them on an offensive playmaker. That could be Josh Jacobs, one of the top TEs if they're there or maybe even Hollywood Brown (and yes, of course I'm aware they hit WR hard in free agency).
4. Using one or more of their first-rounders to trade down has some appeal to the Raiders, who do not currently have a third-round pick and would like to. The 4 could entice a team coming up for QB, and the 24 or 27 could maybe lure someone up from Round 2.
5. There are still nine hours until this thing starts, there's tons of different information flying everywhere, and I fully recognize I could look like an idiot for any and all of the previous four tweets. But passing along what I'm hearing as of now.
said this in another thread, Gruden likes to have HIS QB and Carr just isn't that guy.. If two QB's go in top 4 then the Gmen will absolutely be in position for a TOP defensive player.

Id say Quinnen, but does DG panic IF that occurs and takes a QB at 6 because he doesnt think Jones/Lock make it to 17 or does he go BPA on his board whether its Quinnen or Allen?
Would be very interesting although I really don't see what landing spot makes sense for Carr in that scenario.
It's all smoke right now.
They could cut Carr after this season with minimal dead money.
His contract is expendable after this year ... huge cap savings in 2020z hed be the disposable vet ahead of the rookie
