answer is simply to stop refreshing the BBI draft thread as the Giants get close to picking. Then refresh after the pick is made. That's what I do.
That's much better advice than "get off the site". I don't mind the twitter-ettes "spoiling" other picks, but after the team before the Giants pick, I simply stop refreshing BBI and wait for the TV announcement.
I suggest you simply stay off of the site during the draft.

Many people (especially old-timers like me) prefer to hear the commish read the pick rather than have a random poster tell us the pick.
Doesn't matter for other teams, but it does matter for the Giants' picks.

Stay on the site. Just stop refreshing it a few minutes before the Giants pick if you don’t want your surprise spoiled.
