Day 2 Discussion

As of now we have one of the last picks on day 2. Do we take Gettleman at his word? He wanted more picks between 37 and 96. Now, we have even a bigger gap between picks. I'm starting to wonder if we have a player we may trade. I hope it isn't Engram though. Any other players that could be in the block that would fetch a second or third rounder? I know Jenkins' name was mentioned but not sure I see that as we have such a gaping hole there.
Honestly, robbie, I'm a little annoyed.

There were several guys I thought would be available to us on Day 2 that could help us out, at a variety of positions. That plan sure went up in smoke.
I don't think we have anybody worth dealing...

Except maybe Engram, but I'd also like to keep him. Maybe Tomlinson. But if the Giants are serious about moving back in Rd 2 or up in Rd 3, would they sacrifice some 2020 draft picks to do it? Remember, they're going to be swimming in free agent cash next year (and it's not like they're going to use those picks to move up and take a QB...at least I don't think they will).

I'd like to move up for Ferguson

Lawerance
Ferguson
Baker

Would be nice additions to defense along with golden peppers bethea

Carter and hill in their second years along with Beal. It will be a pretty young defense but could be the start of a nice group
With 2 round 3 picks next year

I can see them trading one of them to move up in Rd 3 this year.

I would expect on day 3 they will be active trying to use picks they have to move up.

I can't see them getting a 2nd Rd pick though.

They probably walk away with less then the 10 picks remaining and I think they find a way to get another 4th Rd pick.

Name to watch. Greg Little.
So we got Eli to replace Eli
We got Snack to replace Snacks

And we got a corner who run a 4.5 forty.

We now have 60 picks before we draft again.
