I think they should be an ECF team. A lot depends on how Milwaukee, Philly and Toronto improve.

Irving and KD should be able to compete to come out of the East. They might struggle early and all that, but by the time the playoffs start they should be able to make a good run. That is two of the top 10-15 players in the league along with a high end rookie and some solid depth players with Smith, Trier, Dotson, robinson, ring chasers, etc..
