Speaking of Sinatra, Doris Day was very upset of his demands in the movie "Young at Heart", calling him "the man that refused to die" for the way he made the studio change the ending of the movie.
later read that she never wanted to do the show but her husband who doubled as her agent had signed her up for it without her knowledge. He kicked off shortly thereafter and left her finances a mess. Pretty amazing how even big stars like her can end up in a bad fix like that.
