NFT: Question about seeing Air Force 1 off I-95

So I was driving down to North Carolina today and as I was coming down 295 to get back on I95 going South I see this big a jet that looks like Air Force 1 in a lot where there is a ferris wheel. That's not the real Air Force 1 I am assuming.

Anybody know what that is? It is located south of the MGM building on 95

That is no longer in service.
I believe you can tour it. I haven't had a chance yet.

The thing is absolutely massive. Impressive. Was shocked to see it rise from the treeline as I was driving down the AC expressway.

Which you don’t ever see rise from the tree line on the AC Expressway. 🤔

It’s not a real AF1, it’s just painted to look like one.
