NFT: Netflix movie: The Endless

Adam G in Big D : 5/19/2019 11:43 am
Low budget, home movie-ish sci-fi thriller.

Effectively works in elements of the problems of modern life, lifestyle choices, freedom vs. security, and how deep family bonds run.

Fans of the TV series "Lost" might enjoy this movie.

Their first movie, 'Resolution' is a must watch to prepare you for `The Endless'

They are both intertwined.
Thanks for the catch

Conceptually it was great. The script was solid. The cinematography and direction were also good.

But I couldn't past the acting. It was very poorly acted, particularly by the two main dudes. It prevented me from ever immersing myself in the movie.

Based on this thread I gave it a watch.

I have no clue what the heck I just watched. I’m trying to find anyone to give me an interpretation of that movie. My wife says those brothers died in a car accident and are also in a loop. That doesn’t make sense at all to me.

If anyone thinks they can do better, I’m all ears.

What was that camp? Is everyone in a loop? I know several people were in one but the camp people didn’t seem to be. Did the brothers make it out? How are they riding on an empty gas tank? Did they collide with another vehicle? Any help would be appreciated.
