it was postulated that the league could address the incident via the Personal Conduct Policy since Zeke is a repeat offender under the program. While the incident isn't egregious, it still serves as proof. The PCP is setup to deter such behavior by penalizing the offender of violations. Zeke continues to put himself in situation where his decision making is compromised. He obviously hasn't learned from his last suspension.
