I'm an old fart, so I'm aware of that, but there hasn't been a single graphic (until just now, of course).
Gotcha -- I think they are shaving time by going to the commercials earlier (along with some other stuff). So we aren't getting the score graphics that were up right before the breaks.
It was his defensive strategy, to make the bills receivers pay dearly for every catch, to make them lose concentration......reed particularly, and they sure executed little bill’s plan!
Matt Bahr, the kicker, tackling the returner on the kickoff to prevent a possible touchdown on a strong return, to the start of the game may have been the play that won that game. You never know. 😎
Could block, along with that magnificent O line......
Bavaro was still playing at a championship HOF level in 90. Maybe half the receiving threat but so clutch and still the same dominant blocker. Damn good enough. He should be getting more HOF votes. He virtually dominated the mid to late 80s nfl landscape. Basically 5-6 years of excellence. Was the best and most indispensable offensive player on a two time title winning team. Cmon man. Gimme some damn votes for bavaro!
Of course Terrell Davis has his day in the sun... where’s Bavaro? Not even a whiff? Has he even gotten any votes at all?
Jeff Wright, the Bills' NT (the guy who took over the position from Fred Smerlas like Erik Howard did from Jim Burt a year earlier for the Giants), made a great play.
Belichick's defense gets all the credit for the win, but let's face it, the Bills had the ball for 19 minutes and scored 19 points. It was Ron Erhardt's offense that kept the Bills offense off the field, giving them as few opportunities to score as possible.
Anyone who watched the Giants beat Miami earlier that year - by running the ball down their throats and keeping Dan Marino & Co. on the bench for most of the game - knew how they could beat the Bills.
Didn't have them constantly on the screen at that time.

This era played crazy fast, the violence of the game was unattenuated in the 80s, before player safety was taken seriously.
