NFT: Unidentified E3 Recap (+ interesting Delonge IG post)

kelsto811 : 6/15/2019 2:05 pm
The IG post was just removed as I went back to link it, but here is a direct quote of what it said

"What if I was briefed by Italian Intelligence that a UFO shot a military helicopter out of the sky.."

"..and there were videos of the incident + pics of the UFO.."1

He said it would be on the next 2 episodes of Unidentified but now I'm not sure why the post was removed.

Recap:

They used the LAT-LONG to pinpoint a general location and circled the island of Guadalupe as a place of interest. Elizondo went and met with a new crew member of the Nimitz who had not come forward prior, his name is escaping me at the moment.

His story is that he and another crew member (they were on the boat) were on the lookout for something based on the radio calls but no one could say what they were looking for. They finally looked up at the sky and saw an odd formation of lights that spiraled and some began to disappear while spiraling. They eventually all just vanished. He said it was a clear sky and was convinced these were NOT stars going in and out of cloud cover: "I know what I saw. I may not know what it is, but I know I saw something".

This gentleman accompanied Elizondo to Guadalupe where they went and met with many local fisherman who told their stories of USO and UFO sightings; from hovering over the water to dipping in and out of the water, they said these were commom occurrences. Elizondo asked if others laughed at them to dissuade the sightings and paint them as crazy, but they said NO that didn't happen because they all have seen the same things, they take it seriously.

The new Navy member went back and again painted a picture of the Nimitz incident from his perspective. They received a video of the FLIR (the one we now see that was released) in their email, but the video was longer than the one we currently have. When they were about to be briefed the next day, he thought they would address the sighting, but as they went to change slides (powerpoint) a cartoon UFO zipped across the screen and the room erupted into laughter. They just made fun of the situation and said something along the lines of "well I guess we were chasing something the other day"...that was the extent of how it was addressed to the crew. He thought it was an embarrassment.

Elizondo and new Navy guy now were about to take their boat out around the Guadalupe area and meet with a renowned Marine Biologist who studied Great White Sharks in the area for at least a decade +. They wanted to see if he could point to any scientific reasons for these sightings. An obvious and apparent abnormality in the Electromagnetic Field lies right in this area (off Guadalupe) and they mentioned a couple of times that this could have something to do with the sightings.

Speaking with the Marine Biologist, he mentioned that he thought Great Whites were able to migrate to the proper areas they needed to because they can internally detect the EM field (similar to studies done on other animals, birds). That was the extent of the talk on the EM Field. The Marine Biologist also mentioned that the area was know for Bio Luminescence which happens when bacteria(?) glow brightly when exposed to air or moonlight BUT it only happened near the shorelines. It creates a sort of neon glow effect and when asked if this or some other scientific explanation was possible for what these fisherman were seeing, the Marine Biologist said there was no way any of these things could account for what people were seeing.

The show ended with the Marine Biologist talking about his own sighting. He said if he had seen it alone, he wouldn't believe himself, but the Captain confirmed he saw the same thing at the time. His sighting was explained as a sphere (said he had no doubt it was a physical object) that hovered in the air and zipped at hyperspeed before vanishing.

They went back to Lue's experiences with AATIP and the bureaucracy of raising the UFO questions. Mentioned how it was impossible to even get in a room with, or present any type of information to, Mad Dog Mattis (Defense Secratary at the time). He said there were a small faction of Gov't officials, who used their religion amongst other things as reasons to not even entertain the idea of hearing the program results, and wanted to end it before it even started, saying that UFO's were "demonic".

An interview in the middle and towards the end also shows a lady (identity is hidden) who worked with Lue and still works at the Pentagon. She confirmed she worked with Lue on AATIP and explains that if you follow these things up seriously or speak out about it, you will lose your career.
This third episode was the weakest so far

But still...this series is head and shoulders above any other series ever produced on the subject.

I have to admit, this show doesn't hold my attention. I thought the episode of Ancient Aliens was more interesting. Interesting how AA also had the same footage that Unidentified has shown 3 weeks in a row. I'm not usually this critical of UFO/Alien programs, but the 3 episodes, could have easily been covered in 1, if they cut out the redundant recaps (that all shows do), and the overhead shots of thier car driving around.
