Being a father is the most rewarding and challenging experience Especially while taking care of ailing parents juggling a busy career and trying to carve out some time for friends and exercise while keeping the spark of marriage alive.
Sometimes guys don’t open up as much, but I know others are experiencing the highs and lows of the juggling act (especially as men are now expected to shoulder more of the housework and child raising) and it’s important to have a support network to fall back on whether in the real world, digital or a combo.
