running behind on 3rd and 1. That is absolutely demoralizing to a football team. Cowboys were breaking wills out there a couple years ago. I think the coaches may favor Pio for this reason.
This is his newest video as well.

Pass blocking early, but he got that straightened out very quickly. What does that say ? - He's smart. teachable and talented.

LeCharles Bentley likes where we're going with our line ...

But in this pieces, he says "Saquon owes a piece of that trophy (OROY) to Will Hernandez."

Hopefully both stay on the course they have started on, for a nice long time as Gmen team mates.

Love SB, but I was absolutely ecstatic when Will was picked. I had a huge man-crush on him when I saw him at the Senior Bowl practices. Saw him from behind, and I thought the player was wearing a neck-roll. It turns out it was Will's traps that were bursting out from under his pads. It was at that moment that I was in love.

I might have to get a custom jersey with 71 on the front and 26 on the back. Will leading the way for Barkley.

Huge that they will be able to run to either side. Eli has made his own bed plenty but the shit OL he’s had to play behind has been border line criminal. That DG May have been able to make it so much better in two years is amazing.

Luck of the draw? Baffling to see Reese flounder for 10+ years, and DG has Hernandez handed to him on his first OL pick, exactly the type of G we are looking for. Drafted later than Justin Puke ffs.

Reminds me of when Emmitt Smith bought toy Hummers for his linemen.

Almost like he tried to miss? I’ve posted before. Wilson over Glenn. Sintim over Unger are two that stick out. He had trouble finding good OL in FA too. Borderline criminally or amazingly inept. Take your pick. Like most of his drafts after the first round.

Reese was so bad at uncovering OL, even when the Schwartz was with him it turned out he signed the wrong Schwartz, Geoff instead of his All Pro brother Mitchell.

Can’t disagree, but in fairness, Geoff was hurt for much of the time he was with us
Geoff Schwartz's career as a Giant summed up:
BlueLou'sBack : 6/18/2019 2:55 pm : link
1) hurt and on the bench or IR when with the team,
2) butt hurt and crying to the media after he was cut from the team because of 1).

James Brewer 4th round draft pick and 3-4 years on the roster as a Jerry Reese "scholarship" draft selection, what a woof, and not cutting his ass after 1-2 years was worse than drafting him in the 1st place IMO.

This is just my opinion, but I don't think Reese and Ross really understood what to look for in offensive linemen. They're the type that simply fall in love with measurables. Its a poor way to evaluate prospect talent at any position, but probably moreso with offensive linemen than the others.

...Beatty. Pugh. Just... fucking nightmare picks, bringing back memories of Gordon King and John Hicks. And REALLY bad luck with the Free Agents. Couldn't buy a break.

It wasn't fair. Started out so hot, 2 SB's in 4 years - just fucking RUINED by unbelievably horrific OL drafting and FA signings.

Agreed. Uncanny that they didn't bring in an OL guy as at least an evaluator. Reese I think was decent at evaluating skill positions, in my eyes. At least at the top of the draft. It was OL and LB where he consistently failed. And any position beyond Rnd 2. Over and over again.
