The Warriors took out a full page ad congratulating the Raptors on winning the title. Raptors fans have also sent Durant a massive get well soon card. Both the Warriors part-owner who shoved Lowry and the Raptors fans who were cheering when Durant went down were in the wrong (though what was less reported was that a lot of fans were cheering the fast break that ensued after Durant crumpled and were more respectful/quieter once they saw Durant not getting up). The finals are intense and emotional and people act in ways they normally wouldn’t.
Anyways kudos to the Warriors for demonstrating great sportsmanship. I can’t remember another time where a losing team in a championship took out a full page congratulating the winners.

I didn’t realize that. The Jets aren’t completely evil then :)
They we're never evil--pathetic might be more descriptive.
Giving them accolades is a stretch here
I think his injury was terribly unfortunate--completely independent of any Knicks' narrative--but for the Warriors' organization to be accused of exploiting vulnerability of Durant's wanting to play at the risk of [re-]injuring himself, seems a bit over the top. How many orthopedists, as well as the Warriors' head trainer, would have had to sign off on this before he took the court?
