In a shocking twist-sarcasm-the Malaysian government was necessarily on the up & up about what truly transpired.
Interesting read & comes to the conclusion I initially thought too.
"The mystery surrounding MH370 has been a focus of continued investigation and a source of sometimes feverish public speculation. The loss devastated families on four continents. The idea that a sophisticated machine, with its modern instruments and redundant communications, could simply vanish seems beyond the realm of possibility. It is hard to permanently delete an email, and living off the grid is nearly unachievable even when the attempt is deliberate. A Boeing 777 is meant to be electronically accessible at all times. The disappearance of the airplane has provoked a host of theories. Many are preposterous. All are given life by the fact that, in this age, commercial airplanes don’t just vanish."

Imagine going about your day hating "William Langwieche" this much.
What is missing however, is a suicide note or declaration of responsibility from a terrorist group.
Doesn't add up, does it? To me, it sounds like someone trying to STEAL the plane - depressurizing the cabin, killing all aboard, then repressurizing it and turning everything back on - the next act is to let the plane run out of gas and crash? Why not just crash in the first place?
A lot of unanswered questions.

It remind me of the The Unnecessarily Slow Dipping Mechanism from Austin Powers.

Depressurizing the cabin was likely just a way to quietly and quickly kill everyone on board and give the pilot peace and quiet to do what he wanted to do next.
I think the article shows the pilot was not sound of mind and very possibly suicidal. Depressed and lonely, wife left him, children grown and gone. Would "pace rooms" to pass the time between flights. Wouldn't be the first time a guy took people with him on his way out.
Which book was that Greg?
American Ground. The link I posted above details what he said and the evidence that he is full of shit.
There is literally no mystery. Interesting story... Yes. No mystery.

Thanks for the link. Interesting discrepancies between the speculation(book) and the work of Black. I would find it extremely hard to believe that book's version was true. Those guys wouldn't have had time to think about looting in that melee, like they would just run off and grab stuff while people were dying. Sad.
I had no idea about this. I've always found Langewiesche did high-quality work on aviation subjects.
I am very sorry to hear of this and much, much more so for the heartbreak your family suffered...
So, this mystery is far from "solved" and probably never will be.

Lol. Just needed to make sure this was posted.
