NFT: Pick one cancelled/finished TV series to revive for 1 season

a dark show. Well acted and written. There was more to tell.

Sopranos, my favorite show, would not be a choice of mine- everyone was dead by the end, even Tony.

Loved the Wire and hated for it to end.

The last episode of The Shield, I though, was spectacular, but where would you go with one more season?

Shades of Blue, with J Lo and Ray Liotta, was excellent and another season would be great (post prison).

a fictional NFL team. I loved that show. ESPN dropped it because of pressure from the NFL.

David Simon wanted to focus on the Hispanic community in another season. Never happened.

Season five had its moments. I think Simon had a personal axe to grind with the Baltimore newspapers and let that bias turn into personal soapbox. The drug/cop lines were still very good, even if, McNutty's serial murderer plot felt forced.

I could easily watch a new season. Check in on Woody and Kelly Kelly Kelly

To have a proper ending.

Erase the putrid 3rd season and do it over.

Would also include Stargate Universe. Well acted and not campy at all. SyFy network screwed them.

I think it also has to do with conflict between Marvel Television (which did the Netflix shows) and Marvel Studios.

But if I had to pick one, it would be Firefly.

I'd love to see what MacGyver is up to these days. And with where technology is today, how would he use his paper clip, rubber band and broken piece of a glass bottle to hack the NSA super computer to shut off the nuke??

That was a really quality tv series. Mads Mikkelsen and Lawrence Fishburn among others did the well known psychopaths story proud.

Of Married with Children because the show never got a proper finale and it ended abruptly. I know the simpsons was Fox’s first major major hit... but this wasn’t far behind.

Just because I miss it. Mayans is good but not nearly as good as SOA.

Would love to have had at least one more season with those characters. Always wanted to see what Lindsey Weir was like post-Dead concert:).

a fabulous show in the early 90s that only survived 2 seasons about WWII vets returning home to a town in Ohio.

Somewhat typical apocalyptic type show but with a twist. I think 1 more season would have been perfect.

I know they pretty much closed all the story lines in that last episode, but that show was just so damn good.

And of course, the Sopranos. What the hell happened to Tony?

Starred my friend Tom Guiry as one of the Donnelly brothers, who played Smalls in The Sandlot. I still have the DVD set.

I would have loved another season of Heroes if Tim Kring had returned as show-runner. That way I could pretend seasons 2 and 3 never happened...

But A) Uncle Phil is dead; B) Will Smith wouldn't do it; and C) even if he did do it, he probably wouldn't want to work with dark Viv
