Adrian Wojnarowski& #8207;& #61490; Vanderbilt guard Darius Garland had his workout with the Knicks today, but New York remains locked on selecting Dukes RJ Barrett with the NBA Drafts third overall pick on Thursday, league sources tell ESPN. |
And with this not being able to make trades official its a total clusterfuck to follow. You don't know who the fuck is picking whom.
I know nothing about guys left. But based on the linked draft profile, sounds fantastic. Smart PG that can fit a lot of situations (not heavy on usage overall), plays well off the ball, extended range from deep and some D value? And is 6'3"? If we're talking about NYK, I'd prefer a 2-3 (maybe 4) that's strong on D in terms of need, yet realize even if you get that, you often lack a TON of O skills this late
From that perspective, Bone seems a great choice (again, based on a limited draft profile!)

Now if he were REALLY an admiral......hilarity ensues
And apparently he's royalty!?
(A TV exec just had an epiphany reading my post)
I need to read poppa Bol's biography (assuming he has one). Something about he was told not to go home because he was too ill, but simply felt his cause, his people were too important
Your efforts not enough? I'm a POS. What a man
also said clippers, warriors, nets and knicks will get consideration

Big 10 Freshman of the Year. Other than that, I don't know anything about him.

The Knicks won't give up another pick in the deal - 55 and cash considerations to get to 47 and take Ignas Brazdeikis.
Said it seemed like it was clippers or raptors but other teams can come in..

Didn't realize that name had Canadian roots :-P

Stretch 4. Very good shooter. not bad body either. A lot of potential. Was the best player many nights for a loaded Michigan team.
Oops.
@NBADraftWass
For Knicks fans, worth noting Barrett and Brazdeikis played together for Canada in 2016 during U17 World Cup team. They were the team's leading scorers.
Just another hint that this FO is headed in the right direction, for once. Mecca of bball GDit!
Dad is a former MMA fighter. Plays lefty tho is righty on an everyday basis
Nothing too fancy, but honestly seems to have an odd, awkward shot, if not just a real slow release
Well we'll likely see in a few
Yeah exactly, most trades have been at least mentioned, if not listed as 'proposed trade' in the graphics...so likely Ignas (but maybe Guy?)

And FU ESPN!
2. He played in a physical conference so he won't be intimidated by the physicality at the next level

He sounds like a potential 3-and-D guy

That guy is a little bitter, eh?
Sounds like a decent project. 3 and D wings are big values.
Never thought I'd see the day when a Virginia roster had four players who ended up draftees.
Never change.
