Anyone familiar with this program developed by Dr Dale Bredesen? I am considering doing it to prevent cognitive decline as my mom passed away suffering from dementia.

But on this topic, I read the book "Think Smart" By Dr Richard Restak. Focused more on preventative measures if not just mental exercise particularly thru middle age. They obviously study late stages as well as development, so this was interesting. As a former biopsych major I'm not working in the field, but still have an interest in the topic, aside from alzheimers in my fam as well...
but there have been significant studies that show ketamine having promising results battling Alzheimers. My wife, who is a CRNA, believes that ketamine may very well be a wonder drug, though it is easily abused. lonk - ( New Window )
