Being going to the ones in Baltimore for 10 years now. Usually getting their chicken drunk but it is very good!! Slowly creeping north through Delaware. and now South Jersey.
These days..UWS, there were a couple of Royal Farms with the rotisserie chickens in the window, the aroma walking past Broadway & 86th st was to die for.
their own bread. It's terrible. I'll get you a real hoagie, Fats...
Weren’t they getting it from Amarosso’s?
Yes, they used to. My personal preference is Sarcones or Liscios - I like the crispier crust with sesame seeds. But any of them are better than the store baked breads - it's closer to Subway now.
For in-store sub bread. Then again I’m comparing to what CA makes due for bread.
Get your sprout wrap here. Alfalfa sprouts! Lightly dabbed with low-fat mayo, fake meat and low-calorie cheeses!!
The store by my house has a “Traditional Italian” with mustard & pickles. Served on Sourdough. Did Italian cooking get lost on the Oregon Trail or something?
It was good, but I still have regrets that it took away a stop to Wawa!

Probably because of their expansion. We have them popping up all over the place here in Florida
