NFT: Face wash recommendations

ryanmkeane : 7/3/2019 1:41 pm
I gotta say this has been one of life's great mysteries for me. I haven't been able to find the right face wash that I can just use and never switch. I've tried the expensive types and the over the counter types, some OK some not, but nothing has really stuck. I'd say my skin is combo of dry and oily...anyone have any recommendations out there for brands that are great and not crazy expensive?
I'm particularly fond..

I was my face in the shower.

Never been the type to exfoliate and then splash my face with water from the sink.

Mom accidentally shot herself in the face with a hose yesterday, you could try that it will power-wash off those blackheads.
I think..

the enemy matters.

The Gaels seemed to be too coagulative for my deep pores. The Saxon's were too abrasive. I quite preferred the Mongol blood. Silky at room temperature.

You came to BBI asking about face wash. Curious as to what your expectation was.
Good topic.

Also, can anybody recommend me a pair of skinny jeans that are just masculine enough to not be mistaken for a chick? Thanks.

Nothing unmasculine about wanting a clean face. Especially if you have skin problems. Medium end I'd recommend Lab Series Muti Action, high end Anthony Cleansor. Drug store I'd recommend Cetaphil.

you have no dogs?

Seriously my wife bought some soap made with tea tree oil and I actually noticed a difference so we always use it now. If she'd told me ahead of time I would told her to stop being gullible but I would have been wrong this time.

Had skin problems growing up, stuck with my mother's genes instead of my dad's o suppose. Medications, face washes, nothing worked. Few years ago I tried out Kiehl's face wash for men, and it's been great. Not cheap but one pump and it lasts almost a year. Given the humidity here in Florida and how much I sweat sometimes out here, well worth it.
I slather bar soap
fivehead : 7/3/2019 10:44 pm : link
in my pits and all over my body. After I rinse, I splash a little water on my face and shampoo my beard and hair. No preference in bar soap or shampoo, just whatever the wife brings home.

If you want something further in depth about pore cleansing, maybe you should try reading Cosmo or asking your girlfriends at the salon.

I like Kiehl’s Got a travel size and it’s great for...well, travel. The one I generally use is Jack Black, but alternate with Kiehl’s often. I also use an exfoliating lotion by Kyoku.
You see these? You see these boys? This is what I live with.
Britt in VA : 7/4/2019 4:23 pm : link
I lather these up with Kiehl's every day in the shower. You wanna touch this shit? You want to touch these bad boys? Sorry, not going to happen.
