On its own it would merit nothing. I can see where, even given cumulative acts, Goodell would tread lightly.

That was my recollection of this incident too. His priors were the only reason a suspension was even mentioned here.

The security guard wants to press charges against Zeke for Battery in the wake of Goodell decision to not discipline Elliott. If charges are brought, Roger may be forced to revisit his decision.
