Great news on the injury front. Luke Voit is activated. I know some were worried that he wasn't activated yesterday but this should alleviate any concerns.
really needs to talk to the media and clarify what the hell is going on with him. The man with the fat paycheck needs to ensure the fans don't Ellsbury his rep.

No, he does not owe the media anything.
In fact, Cashman owes it to the players to send the training and conditioning staff to face the media and explain why this team has suffered and continues to suffer soft tissue injuries at rates higher than any other team.
They also need to answer how they did not take simple steps like ordering an MRI for Severino to ensure that he was fully healthy before having him start a throwing program- and aggrivating the injury. They need to explain how they missed lat injuries for both Betances and Severino.
Big hint- the players are not the problem. Point the blame elsewhere.

I agree 100%. I'm actually calling for him to say so. It's been a total trainwreck masked by others stepping up on the field.

They don’t need to explain shit. I you, the media or anyone else.
If they don’t explain these things to you, then what?

But 2nd and 3rd 2 out 0-0 I need a better effort than that.
We're usually on the same page but with Judge out there coming in for it, I'm ok with the way he played that. He didn't dog it, but wasn't gonna risk getting creamed for it either. Maybe in October that wouldn't have went over so well with me, but everything considered, I'm glad he didnt end up another IL casualty.
the guy has been getting royally screwed for 3 years now and 2 Yankee managers and Cash not a peep. They need to be pulling a Pat Riley and screaming to the high heavens and the media every time it happens.

I agree with that. One of these times I'd like to see Boone just lose his shit at an ump, and make a big deal of it after the game. Take the fine and maybe, just maybe someone will see he was right and do something about it. Whether that be Joe Torre, Manfred or the head of the players assoc.
Well that eventually led to them getting rid of the stupid pine tar rule so maybe if he did go Brett on an ump, it would eventually lead to getting rid of shitty home plate umps.
The thing I don't get with Judge is he's one of the stars of the game. You'd think for the betterment of everyone they'd want him getting a fair shake. We're not asking for calls he doesn't deserve just give him the calls he does deserve.
RE: RE: It wouldn't accomplish anything, but I'd feel better if Boone... Â
Nice! But not the Yankees' way. Or of much use either.
Disagree. Billy Martin, Pinella, Showalter and Girardi went off on umps big time and it never went against any Yankee way.
As far as use, the squeaky wheel theory has some validity and going off on an ump when needed about Judge constantly getting umped is better than just taking it up the ass every time.

Well, you're right to remind me. Maybe it has some value.
Yup, same guy blew two calls at 1st in the same 1/2 inning. They both went against the Yanks but fair is fair and I'm glad they had replay for those to correct two bad calls. Worst case is it open some eyes and discussion to how shitty these guys have become.
Okay Aaron... LET'S GET THIS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Â
there were several obvious errors that had to go to replay and were correctly reversed (2 calls at 1st in the top of the 9th where a Toronto baserunner was called out when the runner was obviously safe)
And getting hit by a pitch too

REVOLUTION.
Even worse news, Richard is coming out.

Seriously. The man gets umped more than any player I can remember and I honestly can't figure it out.
Bring on the robots.

I feel like I need to take a game in with Vargas and Feldman in bizarro world.

NOW Boone is upset?
