On the Rays' postgame show after the doubleheader sweep, they were saying that the Yankees rely on HRs and walks to win.
Meanwhile, Tanaka has run out of steam. I'm surprised they're leaving him in so long here.
Even if that were true who cares. But this is one of the most well rounded teams if not the most well Rounded there is in MLB hitting wise. Fuck them. Just whining jealousy .
The Yankees have a glacier of talent moving through rookie ball right now and some of them got GCL promotions already. Of the 35+ FV prospects in that group, Escotto has separated himself due to his present strength and power[/blockquote]
There are certain posters, we all know who they are, that have gone into hiding because those damn Yankees keep on winning. Haven’t seen them in quite some time. Somewhere, in some musty smelling basement there is a lot of head shaking going on. And a bunch of frustration at all this winning, no doubt.

Some people would rather be right than see their favorite teams win. I'm super bearish on the Giants but I hope I'm wrong and will happy to be mocked if I am.
How many long fly balls fell in for a Yankees hit yesterday?
You'd think with them playing so deep they would've gotten to those. It's either players having bad angles to the balls or bad positioning on the coaching staff. Probably a bit of both but no doubt those balls should've been caught.

We've seen prison Michael Scott, date Michael Scott, time for Dominican baseball star Michael Scott. I'm ready for this.
The guy is Superman. I was expecting to see blood pouring from his mouth and missing teeth.
Exactly.
I was wondering that too. Curious they made a reference to the new rule, but didn't provide an explanation.

You realize Boone was not there today, right?

Tanaka was spent! WTF are you doing? Get him the hell out of there. You lose this game it’s on you.

His suspension was yesterday, not today.
Ahhhh....nice to pull that quote out!
Workmanlike effort.
Double-digit lead in 1st place, men.
Double-digit lead in 1st place, men.
Rays, Indians and A's in close to a dead heat for the Wildcard clots in the AL. All 3 with 56 Wins - but different 3 of loses.
Good battle on that front. Yanks got to keep on keeping on since it's still plenty early; lots of baseball left before playoff time.
Can I sound more trite?

I didn't think so, he passed all the tests...

Was hoping they could have gotten out of the inning down 3-1.
3.3 on the road though. It’s his Coors numbers that stink
I love Yankees fans. They panic over everything. Paxton was fine in his last start. But one bad start and we have to get a starter or are doomed lol.
