The real news from the tape is that he plead guilty to a crime he didn't commit and she is the one that hits the kid. Yeh so what he said that. Well that was in reference to the OP, but yeh all that stands. Oh and her legal team has requested that the upcoming custody battle remained sealed. I thought that it was because there are possible paternity issues, but it has been pointed out that 2014 will now be back in the light.
His legal team has been very out in front of the press about revealing specific text messages and emails, as well as an extensive history that shows he is not who the media has painted him to be. The abuse that Espinosa references in the tape is his use of disciplinary spankings. If he knew he was being recorded he probably would have expounded on this. There is a reason that many states have two party consent laws to taping. His social media shows him to be a very, very loving father while hers says she hits her kids.
This case goes way further than just Tyreek Hill and why it isn't being reported on accurately. It is very ugly to think about that we live in a country that someone can plea to a crime they didn't commit. It also puts a massive kabosh and the believeallwomen and metoo movements.
