Star Wars (7 times), Animal House (3 times), The Rocky Horror Picture Show (3 times, but it wasn't my idea), Grease (2 times, but the second time was only to watch the short-film tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd that preceded it again).

though I did work as an usher at a movie theater during college and I would stay in the theater for most of pulp fiction until someone came looking for me then I had to pretend I was working.
cmon young bored in poughkeepsie NY not much going on
Just clowning around
If i told you the story on how we dressed as arabs (back during the IRAN hostage crisis), cranking metal, picked up a drunk as a skunk hitchhiker
ah forget it!! You dont want to know
but it all ended with a bunch of laughs and no injuries
as we tell that story now in our mid 50's we look at each other like we had some issues
another movie multiple times - first 45 minutes of full metal jacket - thru the end of leonard lawrence just great stuff

As a teen I saw Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back and Wrath of Khan Â
the first two Terminators, The 3 Lord of The Rings, The first two Godfathers, Tombstone, Fargo, The first 3 Bournes, and The Harry Potter movies. The Sting is my very favorite.
this year. Once with one daughter, and once with my wife and our other daughter. I was 15 during the moon landing, and I've always been a huge fan of NASA and space exploration of all kinds.
RE: The movies I've seen many times include The Sting, Pulp Fiction, Â

I loved the Sting as well. While it was big at the time in recent times it really doesn't get the credit it deserves.

Ira, I'm talking about movies you've "gone to see" - as in at a theater - more than once, not just movies you've seen more than once.
less free time + the inability to see things twice and hold my interest no matter how good have kept me from seeing the same movie twice since probably college. Kill Bill was probably the last one which was over 15 years ago.
I was 14 and Hunt for Red October came out in Spring 1990 Â
Star Wars: 10 times,
Raiders of the Lost Ark: 10 times,
Empire Strikes Back: 5 times,
Toy Story: 5 times
Aliens: 2 times
Rocky Horror Picture Show: over 100 times (I was a cast member)
in the late 70s early 80s. It’s party why “adjusting for inflation” is a bit bogus for me when comparing revenue across decades. If it was 1980 right now we’d all be seeing he Lion King for the 15th time.
classics like Star Wars, Ghostbusters, 48 Hours -- but the one that comes to mind was Her Alibi. I was at an all-boys boarding school in Mass. -- and we must have taken the bus into town to see that movie 15 times because of Paulina Porizkova.
Is only movie I have gone to see in a theater twice, though once was in Greece when I was out voted.
It’s great to see fans of “The sting” as it is my all time favorite movie.
Used to go to the Drive in Ledgewood, NJ. The movies would sometimes run for weeks. Anyway, great date movie because your date would get scared and real close :)
I can think of is Mary Poppins Returns. My wife and I took our son to see it and then a few weeks later, we went with a group of his friends as part of a kid's party I think. It wasn't a terrible movie but I didn't need to see it in the theater twice.
I went to see Jurassic Park twice, once with friends, the second with my little sister just to see her face when the arm was cut-off. Totally worth it (plus great movie).

No joke.
Also, went twice to see the Incredibles 2 for the daughter. She loves that movie.

It was nice when tickets were cheap.
I saw Upgrade last year twice.
Movie kicks major ass.
No joke.
Hmm, pretty dumb!

Avengers I saw twice.
Uhhh... Live Free or Die Hard I wound up seeing twice for some weird reason.
The first Jurassic Park, I saw 3 times.
Star Wars Episode 1- 3 times
