Are the Giants airing it out more?

I'm not sure if it's just the plays that make it to Twitter but it sure seems like Eli and DJ are airing it out a lot, taking shots down field.

For those that are at camp, does it seem like they're doing this more or are we just seeing and hearing about the highlights?

not exactly exciting for fans to see blocking drills and draw plays.

for clicks, they want to show the long pass completions / defelections

at least from the media perspective in Jones vs Eli (granted Eli's a lock to start game 1). We know what Barkley can do and camp runs aren't that exciting to begin with due to the limited contact.

I'd lean towards its just the plays that made the twitter feed.

That said, the latest one of Eli really does look like the ball is jumping off his hand. Maybe his new training regimen did make a significant difference.

It's actually been the exact opposite. Most practices have focused on the short passing game with few downfield shots.

This. Expect a lot of underneath routes 8 yards and less that will help a gaudy completion % but will need to be creative to sustain and finish drives; as the offense will be dependent on gradually moving the chains to move the ball downfield

or you're gonna be looking at 8 in the box pretty much all year. You have to work on that to know you can complete it maybe 50% of the time. Just to keep opposing Ds honest.
QBs have to be on the same page with the receivers and they must be able to throw an in bounds catchable pass.

With defenses selling out to stop Barkley, the deep shots will be there. It doesn't hurt to lull them to sleep with lots of crossing patterns and underneath stuff.
